- Brainerd: ISD 181 serves the communities of Brainerd and the southern half of Nisswa.
- Nisswa: Nisswa school's primary goal is to position ourselves as advocates for students, and to let them know what opportunities for success await them. From the rules established to the expectations held, these actions taken will be positive and necessary to help every student learn and be successful.
- Pequot Lakes: This district serves Pequot Lakes, Crosslake, Ideal Corners, Breezy Point, and northern Nisswa.
- Crosslake Community School: Is a K-8 public charter school with 116 students, 11 teachers and 15 paraprofessionals/support staff. This 116 student - 26 adult ratio is part of our Vision, "small class sizes, and a safe, nurturing environment."
- Hackensack/Walker: ISD 13 serves Walker, Hackensack and Akeley.

- Pine River/Backus: District 2174 serves Pine River and Backus.
